Those in the areas of Bandar Kinrara, Kota Damansara, Shah Alam and part of Overseas Union Garden in Old Klang Road are the latest to get the Packet One (PI) WiMAX services starting this week.
The country’s WiMAX converged telecommunication company said in a statement today the services are currently already available in selected parts of the Klang Valley, Johor and Kedah.
To reach other communities wanting to enjoy the service, the company is now giving all Malaysians an opportunity to vote for the coverage in their areas.
“They will be able to jump ahead of P1’s master rollout schedule and get their PI WIMAX broadband service sooner,” said chief executive officer Michael Lai said.
Those interested to vote can go to www.p1.com.my/vote, he said.
